Raiders may try to fire down on you from above. Use the terminal to unlock the cage with a simple hack and retrieve the Fusion Core that sits in the reactor on the other side.
At the bottom is a locked cage and terminal. On the far side you'll find a large collapsed staircase. Turn right relative to the gate and weave through the rooms full of redcoat mannequins. Inside the museum, walk forward to the locked gate and grab the Bobby Pin box atop the dispenser to the left.
